Shipping Rates

All orders are shipped at a flat rate or with calculated shipping charges based on location and package weight. Any applicable shipping cost will be clearly stated at checkout. For select products, such as the TVI RUSE Bar, shipping may be included in the listed price and labeled as “Free Shipping.”

Processing Time

In Stock Orders are typically processed and shipped within  3-5 business days after payment is received. Custom or made-to-order items or items that display a Lead Time may require additional processing time, which will be communicated clearly on the product page or via email.

Shipping Methods

We use reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery. The shipping method is chosen based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times. Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions on heavy or oversized items.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

 If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at jbsquaredlimitedliabilityco@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
