Refund policy

Returns

You may return your TVI RUSE Bar within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition. All returns require proof of purchase and a Return Authorization (RA) number — contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, you will receive a full refund, including original shipping.

Buyer’s Remorse or Non-Defective Returns

If you are returning the item for any reason other than damage, defect, or incorrect item, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost, even if the item was sold with “free shipping.” For example, if the total paid was $228 and our shipping cost was $28, your refund would be $200.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Non-Returnable Items

Installed or used products, custom-modified or altered items, or any item returned without prior authorization cannot be refunded. Products advertised as "Final Sale" are not returnable.
